17th Annual Cash & Bike Bash

The 2021 17th Annual Girdletree Cash and Bike Bash will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021. Our plan is to hold the event as normal at the firehouse from Noon until 5PM. Tickets are still at $40 for each ticket or $100 for three (3) tickets. IF YOUR PURCHASED A TICKET IN 2020 DURING THE COVID EVENT you are ELIGIBLE for 4 Tickets for $100. Tickets are by first come, first serve. Ticket price includes the chance a a 2021 Black Street Glide, chances to win $250 Cash every 10 minutes for 5 hours, all the food and soda you can eat and drink (food served until 3:30PM), entertainment with the Band "Front Page News" and DJ Shannon. Plus during the day there will be silients auctions, additional cash & gun raffles and our famous Cash & Bike Bash T-shirts.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO GET 4 FOR $100 IF YOU PURCHASED A TICKET(s) in 2020. Please read below.
IF YOU PURCHASED A TICKET IN 2020 YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 4 TICKETS for $100. Extra (4th Ticket) is limited to a single ticket purchase from 2020 or a 3 pack of 3 Tickets for $100. You may purchase a 3 Pack above and you will automatically get the 4th Ticket. 4th Tickets are limited to the total number of tickets you purchased divided by 3 (Example you purchased 3 Tickets for $100 in 2020, and you purchase 3 in 2021 you will get a 4th ticket included. If you purchased 3 in 2020 and 6 in 2021 you will only get one extra ticket. However if you purchased 9 tickets for $300 you would get 3 extra tickets. Single ticket purchasers are accumulated to the nearest 3 tickets sold in 2020. So purchasing only 1 ticket in 2020, gives you the right to purchase 3 tickets in 2021 and get the 4th ticket include at the $100 price)
This years bike is a 2021 Harley-Davidson Street Black with a retail cost of $22,900. $12,500 Cash Option! Ticket price includes all the $250 Cash prizes 10 mintues with a 3PM $1,000 cash prize. Plus all the food, soda, beer, entertainment and all cash and bike raffles.
The Girdletree Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, change or alter the event in anyway it sees fight. Full refunds for tickets purchased are available through Sunday, May 31, 2020. To request a full refund, including and handling fees paid, you must email tickets@girdletree.org by Midnight, Sunday, May 31st.
